I take liberty to introduce myself as one of the Professional Consultants & Trainers in multi-cuisine specialties. I am a graduate in Home-Science with Food & Nutrition as the main subject. At the moment, I am an active life member with N.A.B.I. & S.I.B.
Also, I have just started to work with a few leading TV channels who have already aired my Cookery Shows and more are yet to come.
The wide scope of specialties vary from different kinds of Cakes, Chocolates, Desserts, Indian Food, World Cuisines and much more.
I am in the field since last more than 13 years and have rendered trainings to Professionals, Chefs, Catering Students, Beginners, House-wives etc etc.
Personalized trainings are given to all the students with a Professional Touch along with an ample practice in all my courses. Trainings can be conducted as per the students' convenience.
I am also running a Cooking Club, where I demonstrate four Cooking Programmes in a year to learners in masses. These Programmes are conducted in the centre of Mumbai city, so as to facilitate all the students living in different parts of the city.
Now, I also undertake catering orders as per the requirements of the customers.
